Introduction: Quality circle (QC) consists of people working in a common work area, coming togethervoluntarily to identify, analyze and solve various quality related problems within their area.Methodology: The exploratory study was done hospital India that part large public sectororganisation ran the program QC across its institutions also non-core areas like hospitals.Primary data collected from staff circles.Results: Most members reported an improvement terms Job satisfaction andaccomplishment measured on 6 parameters. perception Non-members about thegeneral organizational climate lower side comparison ofthe QCs. membersof seemed fare better than Non- members.Discussion Conclusion: If top middle management develop faith conviction efficacyof program, then rolling this out is not issue at all. were appreciative thefact kind great learning experience. There unanimous agreement factthat activity should continue be extended whole organization country.The findings suggested employees saw positive changes after becoming QCs regard totheir personal growth they perceived certain important aspectswhich helped them function effectively.The have improved with as reflected job sense ofaccomplishment between non-Members.
